The Regional Government of the Azores intended to grant, under a public works concession, a set of road sections located on the Island of S. Miguel, covering the South Axis – Airport / VF Campo (35 km), the South / North Axis – Lagoa / Ribeira Grande and Variant (33 km) and the Northeast Axis – Variant to the ER1 in two sections (25 km).

Scope of services: CONSULGAL was the Technical Consultant for the launch of the International Public Tender to select the concessionaire for the conception, design, construction, financing, conservation and operation under a No Charge to the User scheme of this road network.
