The new Hospital building comprised, among others, 236 beds in individual or double rooms with private sanitation facilities, an ambulatory care center with 46 offices and 6 surgery rooms and consisted of 3 main bodies oriented South (with longitudinal development towards East/West) which are interconnected by smaller bodies providing access to the different hospital areas. The facility has a maximum height of approximately 20 m², corresponding to 4 floors and a basement. The hospital building expands in “ladder” following the topographic development of the natural landscape. The hospital has a deployment area of 14 694 m² and a gross area (built area) of 48 970 m².

Scope of work: Design Review, Technical Support, Works Supervision, implementation and management of a monitoring system for the ongoing works including Health and Safety Control, Environmental Management, Quality Control, Quantity Control, monitoring the works program, issuance of technical reports and opinions and issuance of progress reports.
