Suzano Hospital

The Hospital was designed for a capacity of 210 beds distributed by Medical-Surgical Clinic, Mental Health/SHRAD, Mental Health/Psychiatry, Pediatrics, ICU (Intensive Care Units) for adults and pediatrics. The Hospital will have an implantation area of approximately 9 000 m² and a gross built area of approximately 22 400 m², being built in a single block on a plot of 21 000 m². The solution adopted determined that the operational areas be installed on the ground floor and first floor, with the internment areas mostly on the upper floors. One of the main features of the project is the adoption of a modulated and open structure with the possibility of later modifying and expanding the unit with reduced impacts on its normal operation.

Scope of services: Detailed Design, including architectural conception and design, visual communication, planning and layout, structures and foundations, electrical, hydraulic and medical gas distribution installations, construction methods description, specifications and budgeting.
