New Weatherford Base in Cabinda

As per Sonangol’s decision, Chevron contractors were asked to move out from the Cabinda Gulf Oil Company (CABGOC) in Malongo, Cabinda Province, to promote and develop the local economy. Weatherford new operations base relocated to a  7,8 ha land plot, located in the Malembo area, 2 km away from CABGOC. The new construction comprises 9 000 m² warehouses and a two-storey office building with approx. 1 400 m² per floor (2 800 m²total).
