Modernization of 8 Secondary Schools in 8 municipalities in the North and Center of Portugal. The scope of the various works was related to buildings requalification, with the purpose of significantly improving the functional conditions and the thermal behavior of the schools. The functional reconfiguration of the spaces was accompanied by an increase in the interior environment’s thermal quality and ventilation, significantly improving its energy efficiency and the comfort of the student community. The work involved the construction of new buildings and sports halls, requalification of outdoor spaces and existing buildings, in a total of 165 912 m² of construction area.

Scope of services: Design analysis and review, support in the preparation of the works tendering procedures, management and supervision of the construction works and on-site safety coordination.
