Within the scope of the Secondary School Modernization Program, interventions were carried out in 7 schools in 6 municipalities in Central Portugal. The scope of the various works concerned the requalification of these buildings, with the correction of existing constructive problems, aiming at a significant improvement of functionality, habitability, environmental comfort, safety, accessibility and thermal behavior of schools, ensuring energy efficiency. The actions included the rehabilitation/remodeling of existing buildings and the construction of new buildings (classrooms, gymnasium and sports fields, laboratories, multipurpose room, auditorium, cafeteria and kitchen) and landscaping, corresponding to a total construction area of 163 369 m².

Scope of services: Design Analysis and Review, support in the preparation of the works tendering procedures, Management and Supervision of the construction works and on-site Safety Coordination.
