The project consisted of drawing up a Strategic and Organizational Plan for the Belgrade Public Transport Company (GSP) and monitoring its implementation. The overall methodology of the project was organized into three distinct phases: Phase 1 – Preparation of a preliminary diagnosis, Phase 2 – Strategic plan for restructuring and organizational process and Phase 3 – Monitoring and management of the implementation of the organizational strategic plan. Project financed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
