The New Hospital Unit of HOSA – Hospital Ortopédico Sant’Ana came to complement and enhance the existing hospital and the surrounding area, expanding the medical offer to other specialties in addition to orthopaedic. To this end, it was equipped with the modern infrastructure and equipment necessary for this versatility, namely: Outpatient Clinic, Medical Support Service, Inpatient Unit and General Services. This Unit has a capacity of 60 Inpatient beds, 6 Intensive Care Unit beds and 32 Recovery stations, distributed in three floors, of which one is underground, occupying a floor area of 3 199 m² and a built area of 25 509 m².

Scope of services: Construction Management and Supervision, including, among others, Design Analysis and Validation, Planning/Financial Control and Works Progress Monitoring, Quality Control, Safety, Hygiene and Occupational Health Coordination and Control, Environmental Monitoring, Hospital Unit Inventory.
