LIGHT METRO SEAC PAI VAN LINE CONSTRUCTION AND ROLLING STOCK SYSTEM SUPERVISION

CONSULASIA, a CONSULGAL Group company, has been carrying out the Seac Pai Van Line Construction and Rolling Stock System Supervision for the Macao Light Metro, since September 2021. The project will have a duration of 1155 days.

The Light Metro Seac Pai Van Line will have a total length of approximately 1600 meters, a construction cost estimated at MOP 938,600,000 (EUR 105 Million) and completion scheduled for December 2023.

This is an important project that will allow the connection of the Seac Pai Van housing complex, in Coloane, an urbanisation with high population density, composed essentially of large buildings for economic and social housing, and the future Health Care Complex of the Islands, which will be the largest Hospital complex in Macau, to the existing line in Cotai.

CONSULASIA presented the most competitive proposal among 4 local consulting companies, invited by the Macau Infrastructure Development Office as part of a public consultation.

This exciting challenge implies the mobilisation of a multidisciplinary team of 41 technicians. The team brings together Engineers, Inspectors and Inspector Assistants of various specialities (Civil, Environmental, Electromechanical, Mechanical), as well as Safety Monitors and Assistants, Surveyors, Material Surveyors and an administrative support team.
