The CONSULGAL GROUP includes companies specialized in Operation and Maintenance of Environmental Systems and Infrastructures, namely:

SISAQUA, which has been operating since 1993 throughout the Environmental Sanitation Value Chain,

providing Consulting, Projects, Operation & Maintenance services for treatment, collection, transport of drinking water, wastewater and solid waste infrastructures, with wide experience in operation of wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations and several hundred kilometres of piping systems. Of the various services provided, we highlight the operation and maintenance of the Hydraulic System of Odeleite – Beliche, Automatic Collecting System of Urban Solid Waste in Parque das Nações, Lisbon, technical assistance to the Meia Serra Solid Waste Incineration and Treatment Plant in Madeira, operation and/or maintenance of Municipal Sanitation Systems including Algarve, Peniche, Sines and the Lisbon Region (Águas do Tejo Atlântico) and Porto (Águas do Porto).

MARMA, created in 1998, focuses its activity in the areas of management and maintenance of complex facilities, equipment,

infrastructures and buildings. It is dedicated to “Facility Management” in the operational management of Buildings and Infrastructures, through which it assumes the execution and management of the maintenance of facilities and equipment – “Hard Services”, and the management of external contracts (surveillance, cleaning, space conservation greens, security, air quality control and others) – “Soft Services”. This global approach not only allows for the concentration of responsibilities and the smooth operation of facilities, but also allows for the optimization of resources used and the consequent reduction in operating costs. In MARMA’s curriculum, the company has clients such as the Intermodal Orient Station in Lisbon (GIL), Ponta do Oeste in Madeira, the Municipality of Portalegre, the IPO of Porto and CTT (the Portuguese Post Office).

SINOGAL, headquartered in the Macau Special Administrative Region of China,

is a strong and solid company that provides services to government entities in Macau, always aiming to satisfy the customer’s requirements and achieve their goals. In 2009, the Government of Macau awarded the contract, still running, for full Operation and Maintenance services for treatment plants and solid waste incineration. It has continuously improved its procedures to achieve greater productivity and efficiency, contributing in the best way to the environmental protection of the territory.
