This Hospital is under construction, with a gross construction area of 172 093 m², including the hospital itself, the technical areas and parking, with a building implantation area of 37 754 m², with 5 floors above of the threshold level and 1 floor below the threshold level. The CUHM will be equipped with 607 inpatient beds and various medical services, from outpatient consultations to Immunohemotherapy, Neonatology, Radiology, among others. It will have a Heliport, able to carry out day and night operations, with privileged access to the Intensive Care Units, Operating Room and Emergency Room.

Works value: € 300 000 000

Scope of services: Coordination and supervision of construction, quality and environment, control of execution, control of planning and costs and health and safety coordination on site, including assistance during the 10-year warranty period.
