CONSULGAL provides this internal reporting channel in compliance with the provisions of Article 8 of the General Corruption Prevention Regime (RGPC).
This Communication and Complaint Handling Policy aims to define the guiding principles relating to CONSULGAL’s internal RGPC Whistleblowers Channel, namely internal rules and procedures for receiving, recording, handling and storing complaints and protecting whistleblowers, in compliance with Law No. 93/2021 of 20 December (General Regime for the Protection of Whistleblowers).
